Projects
The practice offers one of the most effective bills of quantities which have been developed over the past 10 years.
All projects are designed up front and measured in detail to minimize the provisional sums and therefore obtain an accurate cost at tender stage. Variances to date have been within five percent. The result is effective cost control through close liaison with modern Quantity Surveying practices. All projects are controlled by means of “hands on” site engineering and commissioning, including monitoring of maintenance contracts and post occupation performance.
